There are two states within the Union that grant qualifying patients access to medical marijuana, each with their own laws and regulations. or lack thereof. Case in point- California's Republic.
Of course, State laws are in place to help people from being abused by their landlords. This is excellent. What about the landlords? Should they have more rights in the matter?
Since at least medical marijuana benefits has been passed for by 18 other states, Ohio may be next on the list. This might not go over well with some people but many will be pleased about it. Those who are on pain killers and need something better to help control their requirements or ease their pain.
This wouldn't seem like a big deal because you might imagine that the solution is simple and plain: Evict the renter and find a new renter. That is where it gets interesting: California State laws dictate that in order to evict a tenant protocol has to be followed. It isn't, although this sounds easy and straightforward. My brother-in-law has been following directory protocol for three months now, with no sign of progress.

So there you go. I don't think there's any question that for me personally this is likely to be a tour of a life. I'm the kind of guy who's happy just throwing out my sleeping bag on the floor next to my bike. Restaurants and hotels are not common to my experience. I hope it can be dealt with by me.
